Easter Fun with Photopolymer Stamps

I am super excited about those new photopolymer stamps. They bend, they stick and they are see through for exact placement. I am having a ton of fun playing with the new  Designer Typeset Photopolymer Stamp Set. 

It is so easy to stamp my very own sentiments with this stamp set. So much fun!!!!

Just Believe in Flower Trim

Did you know you can easily dye the Flower Trim to match the colors on your card? Just brush the flowers with a marker to apply some ink and then spritz it with rubbing alcohol to dilute the ink until evenly distributed. Voilá! So easy and quick!

Punch Art Yoda

This card was so much fun to make. I needed a birthday card for somebody who is very much into Star Wars and this is what I came up with.  The body is the Large Tag punch, arms are made with the Window punch. The head is a 1" circle, the ears are half a petal from the Blossom Builder punch. The hand and feet are partial flowers from the Boho Blossoms punch. For the eyes I used the circles from the Cupcake pnch and the Owl punch. The light saber is cut free hand. For the sentiment I used my MDS.

Secret Garden Birthday

There are so many fun things in the 2013 Spring Catalog but the Secret Garden stamp and framelit bundle is one of my favorites for sure. The flowers are adhered with Dimensionals to give the card some depth. The pink flowers are embellished with pearls. For the stems in the yellow flowers I dyed white bakers twine with a Tango Tangerine marker, tied a knot on the end and applied Crystal Effects to give it some dimension.

Honeycomb Valentine

I am totally in love with the new Honeycomb TIEF!!!! The hexagons are cut from DSP and glued into the honeycomb impressions. It was a lot of fun playing with the different patterns and putting them together like a puzzle. Adding a single black hexagon really makes the glitter heart pop.
